Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your PupQuest order.

If there is an issue with your item, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the product.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Once your return request is reviewed, we will let you know the next steps. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.

Shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
